The New Brunswick Mat Registry has been registering mats since 2009 and will continue to do so. This Database is a searchable tool for anyone interested in heritage New Brunswick mats.

You can search the database by entering an NBMR number, the maker’s name, or even a date or place.

You’ll be able to discover more about the maker’s life and interests, as well as details of the mats, materials and techniques.

Note: The complete files are available for interested researchers with permission of the New Brunswick Museum.
