| Biography: | Martha Elizabeth Robertson McAllister was married in June 1911 and moved to Salina, New Brunswick, located between Titusville and Saltsprings, New Brunswick. They lived on a farm and she worked as a seamstress in Saint John, New Brunswick. Martha was active in the church. After the death of her husband, she moved to Titusville. Her mats were hooked for family use and creative expression. Her daughter-in-law, Mabel, also hooked mats. |
