Biography:Effie Jane Fanjoy [Perry] Andrews was the daughter of Daniel Slocum Fanjoy and Inez Lenora Cole. She married Budd M. Perry from Johnston, Queens County, NB, on September 7, 1904. After being widowed in 1927, she married William George Andrews in 1949. She was a quilter and made biscuit cushions. She belonged to the Baptist and Pentecostal church. She also took in boarders to make ends meet. She enjoyed chicken dinners with the family every Sunday and her son would get the job of making the ice cream. She sold her rugs in the little grocery store and one even made it to Germany.
