Biography:Catherine Mildred McFarland Proctor was the daughter of William McFarland and Mary Mills Anderson. In the 1940s she moved from Millbrook to Rockville. She was a housewife and attended the Anglican Church Anglican Church Women and the Women's Institute. She loved to cook on her wood stove. She knitted, crocheted, played cards (45s).
